Refund policy

Any variation in the colour or pattern are part of the beauty of being produced machine free and we cannot accept a return based on any minor imperfections in the printed design.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition.

Please email alice@indiandclem.co.uk so we can keep an eye out for your returned item.
Then simply post your jacket back to us in unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns that have been worn, soiled or that are returned outside the 14-day period.

Your return will be processed and your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.
All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.
