Your purchases will be lovingly packed up and posted on the day of order (if before 2pm). All orders received after will be posted the next day, and all in plastic free, recyclable packaging.
Please note Indi & Clem cannot accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
Standard shipping within UK - £4.95 (Royal Mail Second Class Signed For)
UK - free over £100
Next Day Delivery (if placed before 12pm) - £6.95
Europe - from £14.95 *** PLEASE NOTE **** Deliveries are tracked and signed for but please allow up to 10 days to be delivered. Please also be aware that any Customs Taxes and Duties are payable by the customer at point of receipt. Our returns policy is 28-days for European orders.

Attempted Delivery:
- If a delivery is missed and a delivery card is left and the customer fails to claim the items from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to Indi & Clem. If the customer would still like the goods, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but please note, postage will be charged again.
