Delivery
  • Your purchase will be lovingly packed up and posted on the day of order (if before 2pm). All orders received after will be posted the next day, and all in plastic free, recyclable packaging.
  • Please note Indi & Clem cannot accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
  • Standard shipping within UK - £4.99 (Royal Mail Second Class Signed For)
  • Free over £100 (UK only)
  • Europe - from £14.95 *** PLEASE NOTE **** Deliveries are tracked and signed for but please allow up to 10 days to be delivered. Please also be aware that any Customs Taxes and Duties are payable by the customer at point of receipt. Our returns policy is 28-days for European orders.

  •  Attempted Delivery:

    • If a delivery is missed and a delivery card is left and the customer fails to claim the items from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to Indi & Clem. If the customer would still like the goods, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but please note, postage will be charged again.

Returns
  • If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jacket for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition.

  • Please email alice@indiandclem.co.uk so we can keep an eye out for your returned item.

  • Then simply post your goods back to us in unworn condition, ideally in its original packaging within 14 days.

  • We cannot accept returns that have been worn, soiled or that are returned outside the 14-day period.

  • Returns Address: This will be on your packing slip and confirmed by email.

  • Your return will be processed and your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

  • All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.
